A Little Look Within.
Self inquiry is such a valuable tool . . . to be able to pause and check-in with yourself especially in the midst of some hard to feel feelings can be really helpful sometimes.
When we get lost in reaction we can feel overwhelmed, guilty, shamed, angry, sad, wrong.
When we learn ways to 'stop' and perhaps lean in to these feelings, we can begin to find ways to filter the external stimulus and respond rather than react. Each time you find yourself aware of the reaction will begin to assist you greatly to make friends with all of your emotions and learn the messages they are trying to get to you.
I made this little book after a rather interesting time I had at a cafe one day.
I wanted to make it accessible to others as it was so useful for me.
You will receive a petite printable version of 'A Little Look Within' that you can print out, fold up and refer to whenever you need, in your art journal, writing journal, even a scrap of paper. It's also a great companion to smashbooking.
The idea and intention for this book is to contribute to helping you feel more at home in your own skin.
Take it in your purse with a mini journal if you'd like to be able to check in with yourself any time you need.

I am an artist, soulful seeker, wild wonderer, deep listener, sacred space holder & Creativitea Time inspirer. My passion is to connect with others in ways that leave us both feeling nurtured, energised, validated, and liberated.
One way I do this is by encouraging Creativitea time : a space & practice where playfulness, courage and creativity meet radical self acceptance for tea. A sacred space is made to meet ourselves on the page. I find that meeting yourself right where you are is a powerful medicine in these troubled times.
I believe when we are seen and heard we can heal. Using art journaling, intentional creativity and painting as a self healing modality has been extremely helpful for me in my personal quest, especially through times of grief, depression, and awakenings. In recent years I have begun to overflow that offering to begin to share some experiences and discoveries. May they be of service and support, uplift and inspire others to creatively express and lovingly nurture themselves too.
Perhaps we’ll meet ‘virtually’ for tea some day, I hope so.
